BilAI at IMAGINE 2026 – Future on track

23.10.2026

This October, Bilateral AI once again participated in IMAGINE 26, Austria’s flagship event for digital key technologies, represented by BoD member and key researcher Axel Polleres, key researcher Marta Sabou, and PhDs Fabian Kresse and Bente Gortworst.

As in previous years, IMAGINE chose an unconventional venue: Vienna’s Remise. The presentation of Bilateral AI was quite literally on track, taking place aboard a special tram on the way to the venue. Along the way, some representatives exchanged updates and best practices with other key players from the Austrian AI ecosystem, including AI Factory Austria (AI), DOMINO, the Austrian Society for Artificial Intelligence (ASAI), and ALAIT (Austrian Lab for Artificial Intelligence Trust).

BilAI BoD member and key researcher Axel Polleres presented the research cluster, highlighted recent research developments, and invited fellow travellers to further strengthen collaboration and knowledge transfer. He was joined by key researcher Marta Sabou and PhD candidates Fabian Kresse and Bente Gortworst.
